R&P: UGGH pet peeves & MQs.?
Okay, I have two big pet peeves.
1) people who use facebook excessively and turn it into their life... to me it's just a popularity contest for teens.
2) When someone I really don't like likes the same things (band, movies) that I do.. it just grinds my gears!
BQ: What are you're pet peeves that just... AHHH!
MQ: Songs about being annoyed.
Woah a lot of pet peeves! geez, I agree with a bunch on here. Yeah, when someone disses my favorite band when they worship Insane Clown Posse (really) I get so angry... I mean yeah, it's an opinion and I should accept it but really: "The Who are so lame and old... plus I can't even understand what they are singing about, something about baseball?" AHHH!!!

bq: elitism in general, music & movie & book elitism in particular. heads up: no one cares if you listen to this super unheard band or the you watch these "philosophical" movies or only read classics. that doesn't make you cooler, smarter, or above anyone else. just annoying.

Some of these will sound really stupid and/or pedantic, but that's me for you!
1) People who can't tell the difference between band songs and solo songs.
2) When people confuse which band member wrote / sang certain songs.
3) Men who wear sandals ~ it's just wrong!
4) People spelling famous people's names wrong, or abbreviating names {when it's not an 'official' abbreviation}.
5) People who scrape down one side of the butter or margarine, leaving a huge mound on the other side. Or when they dig the knife into the middle of it.
6) When people move things from where I've left them, even just slightly.
It seems to be a territory 'issue' ~ they've been in my personal space.

It also seems like one for many adults.
You shouldn't get upset over that. You should want to share great things even with those you aren't too fond of since they are made for everyone to view, hear, etc.
Stereotypes are my only ones, but they don't bother me that much. Since it deals in ignorance. I don't really have any. I try to get over stuff and not let it bother me. Wait, yes I do human trafficking. I think that's just idiotic.
I really don't know of any. Maybe Stevie Wonder's You Haven't Done Nothin'.

i don't understand facebook...and the only reason i have a myspace is to listen to music and keep in touch with friends that moved away...but really only for music
i agree with the second one too...that annoys the hell out of me...or when people have the same close as you...and they where it every day!
BQ:i've got a few
1. when people talk loudly and in your face.
2. when people cuss constantly
3. when someone says they like a band but don't know any songs.
4.when someone trashes my favorite bands...i don't like it...like my sisters friend came over the other day and we were playing around and they wanted to take my Motley Crue test i made for my dad and well one of the questions was "what was their least selling album?" and she says 'All of them because they suck"...you don't come to my house and trash a band that means that much to me...Motley Crue is my all time favorite band and got me into music..their guitarist is my guitar hero..i fired back with "Nikki Sixx could write lyrics twice as good strung out on heroin then any of your rap people could do sober" and she said something..and i said "well Motley Crue has a number one album which is more than anyone you listen to can say"...i felt bad afterwards because i did exactly what i hate...but don't disrespect Motley Crue!
MQ:hmmm, i don't know....i'll give you a song that is annoying..That's Not My Name...or something like that...

Totally agree with you on both of those, especially the second one. I also hate when one song by a lesser known band that i like gets super popular, and all of a sudden these stupid kids are all like "OMG I love {insert name of band}!" when they've never actually listened to more than that one song.

BA: Well.. specifically for today, I went to fish camp at a new school (I moved) and it's a nice school and all... it's just the people there are so annoying. Either they're emo/scene posers or fake blonde wannabes. It seems like they think they're too cool for everything. To put it simply, fake people are my pet peeve.
MA: Let me think about that and get back to you..

I have a lot of pet peeves.
When people leave the lights on when they're not in a room,
when my brother leaves the shower knob thing up so when I turn on the faucet, it starts showering. ugh.
also when people are posers like if they wear a band t-shirt but don't even know who they are. p*sses me off.

Christ, don't even get me started. I'm not in a good mood right now.
MA- All I can think of are songs that irritate me, which I suppose links pretty well to being annoyed. I'll spare you & not post any, haha.

BA: Standing too close to me in line.
People who use the word "random" excessively.
Students who talk out all the time trying to be funny and they are NOT funny, yet it's obvious they are trying to be.
Double negatives.
Not washing hands after using the bathroom.
Censoring
Pet names. "Snookie poo", "babycakes"...it's sickening.
Teenagers who take themselves too seriously.
People that cut through my backyard to get somewhere. We recently put up a fence and my neighbor commented "thanks, I can't cut through your yard anymore. Yeah, well that's the reason we got the fence. Your damn bike was leaving permanent tracks in our grass, douche.
Finding the end of a movie hasn't taped after watching it for one and a half hours.
Parents who have their children on leashes.
When people put "X-Mas" instead of "Christmas".

1) Hearing someone chew. Regardless of who it is, hearing someone chew obnoxiously makes me want to wring his/her neck.
2) Being called on in class when the teacher knows well that I'm not paying attention. It does not make me want to pay attention. It makes me want to walk out on the class. (Not to imply that I never am alert, it's just sometimes I have to tune out a little and think about interesting stuff)
MA: Satisfaction- Rolling Stones
