The first, add a second Red-eyes Wyvern
Yes I agree with Xitong, Norleras is a must in hopeless dragon, his ability can easily get you out of near fatal situations and with Wyvern and Darkness having no monsters is normally no problem, so def put in a nother wyvern

Like everybody said, the first one since it si more consisent witohut black salvos. ADD A SKY SCOURGE NORLERAS AND A DECK DEVASTATION VIRUS. the phantom of chaos works amazingly well with norleras. and deck devastation virus is pretty broken in the meta now. And replace strong wind dragon with a prime material dragon. And do not add tuners to hopeless dragon. (they will slow down the deck actually)

Definitely the first though bottomless would be good in it and upstart goblin isn't necessary.
