my skin bubbles up when I go to sit in my back yard, and it seems like only I have this problem, is there any kind of cream I could put before I go sit out side?

Well this is a bit unrelated, but if it's sunny where you are then sunblock is never a bad thing to put on bare skin when you go outside. You could spray yourself with bug repellent that you can get at Wal*Mart or CVS.
As far as your skin bubbling up--I don't know exactly what you mean, but acute swelling reactions that most people get when bit by mosquitoes may be what you are talking about. This is a normal immunological response and you could use cortisol cream or a similar anti itch cream that may help ease the pain.
