The grade of my eyeglasses is -75, what is going to be my contact lens grade?

Coz there's this grade which says -0.75 and there's another one that says -7.50

Which of them is equal to -75 of my glasses?

*Please don't tell me to go to the optometrist, I just need a quick answer :) Thanks*

You don't have the decimal point in your glasses Rx but it should be -0.75

Contacts would also be - 0.75

There is no -75 but there is a -.75 which would be the same for contacts. This is a prescription for someone whose uncorrected vision starts to blur about 5 feet away.

-7.50 is a different story. The contact lens correction would be more like -6.75, and uncorrected the vision would start to blur about 5 inches away.
