anyone else have problems with Yahoo chat?
Even when planned ahead and I KNOW the person I want to chat with is on-line..I can even be talking to them on the phone checking it out....the box "always" comes up with that person is "offline". Does it ever work?

There is no way for you to fix it. Yahoo is working on the site. This has happened before and they always fix it.
Do not install or uninstall any Yahoo programs.
Yahoo knows about this problem. Thousands of users are reporting this same thing.
