15% military discount on month to month plan?
We've been getting the military discount (15%) on the month to month plan for a couple months now. But we had to keep calling verizon to manually adjust it as it wasn't applying itself to the bill every month.
So this month I called verizon to apply the military discount again. Now they're tellin me that the discount doesn't apply to the month to month.
What in the *&^%?
Everything on verizon has a 15% off military discount applied?
Is that right? That we can't get the discount on the month to month plan?
*Pissed off at Verizon... once again*

In my experience with verizon it's best to call at least 2 or 3 times in a case like this and get someone else. You may have gotten someone who does not fully understand the discount. I would say if it is a valid discount talk to a manager at that point if there still giving you a hard time.
