It is not only appropriate, it should be a pre-requisite at any place of employment that pays under one million per annum.

  • Only if you either don't like your job, or all of the people you work with have no sense of smell. Perhaps if you were to pick a slightly less pungent beverage, your idea might fly.

Or how about actually having coffee in your spill proof mug, but add a "kick". That's how I roll!

I think someone might notice the smell, especially because Guinness Stout is so strong (and delicious). But depending where you are, it could be appropriate. I wouldn't do it at work

Anything to do with Guinness is appropriate, that beer rocks!

Sure! If you work at home and run your own company so you are not being paid by someone else for being drunk on the job.

I used to take my sports bottle everywhere with me. It was always full of Zima.

I used to work with a girl that would fill supersized McDonalds cups with beer.

Yeah, that way you can put it in the company microwave if it's not Hot enough for you.

Appropriate??? No. But hey if you can get away with it, go for it!!

Sure. However, you'll only get away with it if it's warm and frothy.
