Yugioh- Synchronized Swimming deck?

ok so here it is again now that there are some more support cards for this

so by the name it is a water synchro deck. the only problem is im not pro at deck building yet so i wanted to know if you people's had any deck ideas for me??? so if you would please post a deck list and explain and it works based on the name

    maybe buy a ''fury from the deep'' structure deck then add it with tuners

    men, im not sure of water type tuners

    How about basing it off of a Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth?

    With the Monsters special summoned by it's effect you could synchro summon a monster and attack with them. Plus it can protect itself by tributing a monster.

    Wouldn't something like "Syncro Splash" be a better name for a deck like that?
