    No, if you have moved states you need to change your plates over.

    Not really, but it is allowed if you live for a certain time each year in NSW. However I don't know what length of time that is.

    No, if you are residing in another State you must change your vehicle's registration to that State.

    We don't have licence plates here. They are number plates. You sound american.

    you must change the rego over to the state you are living in after a time
