toned, with a little bulk
to much, you look fake and like all you do is spend time at the gym

difference: toned is just defined muscle, so you can see it's there. but bulky, is.. bulky. huge muscles.
personally i think toned looks best. bulky is a bit too much and it doesn't look that natural

Toned, definitely. Bulky muscles are a big turn-off for me. I like my guys tall and lanky. :-)

it just depends bc i know guys with toned arms and they look good but i know someone who is a little bulky cause he plays football and he wrestles and works out everyday and he is hott..lol
