Oh dear ! that's a bit of an awkward situation to be in, so you do better to keep down off that tree house. If I were you I would say to her '' Mum, you should shut the window curtains when you take a shower, if I can see you from the tree house then the neighbours must be able to see you too''. This will then make her realise that others could see her and that would be an end of it all.
