Billed for a Juno account I don't have?
My credit card is being billed from a company called Juno. I called the number on the credit card and they say I don't have an account with them so they can't cancel it.
I spent over an hour on the phone with them and because I can't answer security questions on an account that does not exist, they will continue to bill me.
I have called the credit card company and started an investigation. Is there any thing else I can do?

The credit card company will do the leg work for you. You are disputing a charge and that is one of the services they provide. It could be a clerical error at the company (Juno) or fraud. Sit back and let them work. I deal with Visa and they solved my issues really fast when this happened to me.
