  • Billed for a Juno account I don't have?

My credit card is being billed from a company called Juno. I called the number on the credit card and they say I don't have an account with them so they can't cancel it.

I spent over an hour on the phone with them and because I can't answer security questions on an account that does not exist, they will continue to bill me.

I have called the credit card company and started an investigation. Is there any thing else I can do?

  • Trouble with factory in dash CD player?

The CD player in my 1999 Jeep Cherokee skips when it plays certain Cd's. I have tried the cleaner disks but it still skips on some disks. Is there anything that I can do to help it or must I replace the unit?

  • Best way to insure multiple cars?

I have six cars that need to have at least liability insurance. Some of these cars I drive very seldom and it is a pain to have to pay for individual insurance on each car when I can only drive one at a time. Is there any way I can get a blanket liability policy that would cover me no matter which car I drive? It seems silly to have to insure the car rather than the driver.

  • Lift kit options for a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

I have a client who is looking for a small lift for his 2005 GC. I have never worked with the IFS before. It looks like a simple spacer on top of the strut would do the required lift. A matching spacer on top of the rear springs should level it out. Who makes such a kit and what problems are caused by the lift other than the standard rise in center of gravity?
