How would Heaven be perfect?
...if you were fully aware that there were people in Hell suffering for all eternity? Perhaps people you've met on the street. Perhaps family, or friends. Wouldn't you be feeling a tiny touch of unease at the idea of this? If not, how on Earth are you claiming the moral high ground?
Pre-emptively guessing a couple of answers:
It was their choice to (insert sin of your choice here, up to and including not believing in God): Whatever happened to Christian forgiveness? You'd actually condone an infinite amount of suffering for a finite number of mistakes?
And then, of course, there's 'It's not my decision, that's God's will' - 'I was following orders' didn't cut a lot of ice at the Nuremberg trials, and frankly, at the risk of invoking Godwin's Law, anything Hitler did is dwarfed by the sheer magnitude of death and suffering portrayed in Revelations and associated 'what happens next' bits of the Bible. You seriously don't have any qualms about any of this?
Nic: Avoiding the answer with semantics isn't answering. But then, I can't say I expected much more from you.
Poe: So, a combination of the two excuses, then?

Why do you think we try so hard to share Christianity with others while we ARE still on this earth? When we have gone to Heaven, there will be nothing more we can do, so therefore, we will dwell in Heaven, free from sin and the temptations of the world. Some scholars say that we won't even remember what we did on earth, or who we were related to, or knew in anyway, so if that's the case (no one really knows...) then we'll just be able to rejoice that we are with our Father (which we will anyway...)
How is this a combination of the two excuses, idiot? We work hard here on earth to disciple to others, and show them through our actions and our words, the true rewards and benefits of Christianity. I'm not saying it's God's will, or whatever else you come up with as 'excuses'. I'm saying that we follow God's directions TO us, and when we die, we're no longer able to help non-christians, and the fact that we're in Heaven, with God will cancel everything else out. We won't be thinking of worldy things, or of those in Hell...
As someone else here put it being in heaven filled with Christians would be hell to atheists, etc.

BIG PROBLEM with the believe in god heaven and hell is...
Hell is an Infinite Punishment for a finite crime (or sin). Not becoming a loving god isn't it. No real spiritual justice more like Anger vengeance and megalomania.

Yeah its really sick. It's like if you were a german during WW2 and knew about the concentration camps and perhaps knew people in them. You were living a happy life though under a ruler who would make you happy. Ha, wow, is this a coincidence? But yeah, you certainly wouldn't be able to sleep comfortably at night knowing that others were suffering horribly just because of this ruler that everyone loved so much.

Yes, I would feel unease if this were the case.
Wait, so you think that there is a designated area in the clouds for "nice" people and a designated area with fire for the "naughties"?
Oh I assume you are an unlearned Christian or an 'atheist' then?
It is interesting how you dismiss everyone's answer that doesn't agree with your own with a simple sentence to satisfy your ego. If you claim to be an atheist, then at least have an open mind and stop fulfilling your own prophecies. Running around shouting the 'truth' with all of your senses shut down does no one any good, especially yourself. You honestly don't understand heaven and hell, and thats the truth, look into it if you asked a legitimate question.

Heave will be perfect because only perfect people will be there. And they will not have a seduction to deteriorate seeing what happened to the other part of mankind

Heaven will be perfect because of the presence of God.
Do you really think that people that reject God would want to be in Heaven with God?
