Are biased opinions ever avoidable in any sport section?

Of course people are going to be biased in their opinion, as they all support a team and want their own team to win.

There is a line though between giving a biased opinion and being a jerk. If you're so biased that you cannot appreciate good play from the opposition, or being beaten when the opposition was the better team on the day by a mile when your own team has struggled, chances are you have crossed that line.

Nah lol Im pretty biased and will tell anyone Knights & Australia are the greatest thing since sliced bread. I think its all a part of being a fan, and when people whinge about it than thats when its annoying, but nothing wrong with it, you're not a fan if you're not somewhat bias. And it doesn't take away the intelligence of discussions, everyone has to be realistic- but can still put your team & players on a high note.

At the end of the game you have to look at the score-board.

No bias, just the result.

Na everyone here is biased. You have to be and it spices this section up a bit. You see all these people saying Dragons are going to choke and stuff.

I like biasism (sp?) It makes things interesting.

Im biased when it comes to my team, but being realistic you have to give credit where credit is due.
