is it possible to connect to a desktop from a laptop to access the dialup?
im not knowleable about this. is it possible to do it secretly?

It is certainly possible, but requires a wireless router, attached to the desktop, and a wireless network set up with internet connection sharing enable over the wireless network. It does require some knowledge of creating networks.
Search "dial up wireless network" in google and start reading. It is possible but may be more work than you intended. Keep in mind before you start that you must have administrative access on both the laptop and desktop.
