Your question is pretty broad, so I will give a broad answer. Being a faithful Tiger fan I have watched Inge develop over the years. He is an amazing athlete to start off. The ability to play a solid defensive game at multiple positions is a huge measure of his athleticism. I think he is better at third base than anywhere else on the field and he seems to enjoy playing there more too. I believe Inge will win multiple gold gloves before he hangs his cleats up. The plays he makes are nasty sometimes. He has been playing with a partially torn ligiment in his knee for a while now and it has effected his play if you have been paying attention all season. He started off this year cranking home runs, and now seems to get a little ahead of himself to compensate for his injury. The fact that he is playing through the pain is a real measure of his personality. Too many big leaguers would have taken the rest of the season on the DL. Brandon wants to be in the lineup everyday though. I do not think Inge will ever be a great hitter for average, but who knows, his power seems to pop right out of him sometimes. Inge could probably hit 25-35 homers a season for years to come. He seems like a genuinely class act of a guy in the way he treats fans and the media, and I agree with you I am a huge fan.

He's a very versatile player. He can catch, play third, and play the outfield. If he could do all that, he's probably okay at every position other than pitcher, and perhaps, shortstop. As a fan of the SF Giants, the team with the worst offense in the MLB, I'd take Inge on my team.

I am very impressed by Inge. As a Brewers fan, I've followed his stats and seen some highlights on ESPN, but really only watched him when he played the Brewers earlier this year. He was an absolute Brewer KILLER this year. Very solid player, with a very bright future.

He's a great fielder, one of the best in the game right now, but he has been in a hitting slump since the All Star Break and it would be best if he was put on the DL to give his knee a rest.

i don't comprehend why this wasn't performed awhile in the past. he's by no potential been an extremely reliable hitter, yet he grew to become right into a reliable protective participant. sometimes you desire protective adult men over offensive adult men yet it fairly is possibly a flow the Tigers had to make.

hes just got that baseball look, ya know... he played well against the Mariners today, I think its an unappreciated quality when someone can go from here to there from catcher to third this and that... he gets 2 thumbs up in my book

he's good he's improved a lot he doesn't really hit for average but he's got good power, and he is a gamer ( he said he doesn't want to sit another game this whole season, even though his injured)
