Really bad shaking and painful bellyache?
My boyfriends suddenly started having waves of really painful belly ache and he can't stop shivering. He's not cold.
Does anyone know what could be the cause?

You should strongly encourage your boyfriend to seek Emergency Medical attention - even if he cannot afford it. The only reasonable disease that causes shivering and severe stomach pain is a male's urinary tract infection (UTI).
In adults, symptom ranges from frequency of urination, lower abdominal pain, burning sensation in the urine passage, cloudy and smelling urine to blood in the urine. When the infection affects the kidneys, the patient can be very ill with loin (the sides between the lower ribs and pelvis, and the lower part of the back) pain, shivering and even shock. The Doctor may give an Ultrasound to see if any damage has been done to the kidneys.
Urine tests are used to identify the offending bacteria. You should seek immediate medical attention because this disease can be complicated by an obstruction or nervous system disorder.
Hope this answers your question!

I doubt something will occur. The worst that might occur might be such as you mentioned a bellyache and perhaps an uncongenial bowel motion. My buddy packs milk for her son to drink whilst she is going out and it sits out for a couple of hours and it on no account bothers him....

to the hospital right away! It might be food poisoning, I had the same symptoms once and it was food poisoning. Check if he is sweating ( cold sweat) and if he is pale, if these symptoms can be found it could be really serious.
