Welsh people. Would you think it rude if I flew a Welsh Flag on St David's Day, in England.?
I am considering having a flagpole installed. I will normally fly the Union Flag, but I wish to fly the flags of England, Scotland, Ulster and Wales on their respective saints days. I can do everywhere but Wales as I was born in England of N Irish and Scots parentage, but there is not one drop of Welsh blood in my that I know of.

Consider this first. You have to have planning permission to put up a flag pole.
Also all the Councils are dead against flying flags of any description.
They use the old Political Correctness crap and Health and Safety to enforce it.
You fly the Union Jack or St. George's flag and you are deemed racist by their and the Governments way of thinking and your intending to stir up hatred against the Muslims and the other ethnic minorities.
Surely you must have seen it on the TV news and in the papers about it where people have been forced to take down flags and bunting!

In Wales flags are on display very often, Welsh flags, Owain Glyndwr flags, St Davids flag but hardly ever the union Jack and most certainly nmot the English flag, If an English flag was displayed in Wales 9/10 it would get pulled down which is understandable considering the history between Wales and England, I dispise seeing the English flag flown, I know in England flying flags isnt a common thing which is sad because one should be able to express their patrioism and pride in their country. Ide say go for it and see what is said.
