reboot and select proper boot device?

What seems to be the problem? Everytime I start my computer lately, this one pops out. Windows doesn't start normally. I have to use the cd to make it work but then there's no guarantee the next time I open it wouldn't come out. Please enlighten me. Thanks!

This is due to corrupted software drivers. When your computer tries to boot it uses various .dll's and other associated files in order to boot. Its not a corrupted boot sector as you would receive "No Operating System Found". I'm assuming you get initially the Windows loading screen and then within a few seconds receive "Windows doesn't start normally". This is 90% originated due to 1 or more system drivers are corrupted or a newer version is not compatible with your hardware. Unfortunately you have to load your OS CD in order to use older "compatible" drivers to operate. Most likely culprit is the "Automatic Updates" loaded a new driver that unfortunately isn't 100% compatible with your hardware. I would identify what drivers recently were updated and try rolling it back. You should be able to go into safe mode to perform that
