    collectively as you're fasting, this is from Fajr Azan to Maghrib Azan in common of the month of Ramadan, you mustn't consume/drink something. At different cases of the month (the evenings) you may consume all this is halal.

    U-huh, yeah, course you can, then you crack it, and spend the rest of the evening washing your hair instead of posting rubbish on the Ramadan Section. How's that for an answer?
