What size bindings and wakeboard would I need ?

Started water skiing again, but interested in wake boarding for me and my daughters. What type of wake board(size/length) would be best for 5'8" 200 lb beginner and what size for daughters that are 4'9" to 5'7" and between 96-110 lbs ?

140cm would be fine you don't want the board to be too small for you and i'm about your daughters size i'm like 105lbs and 5'5 and i ride a 140 just fine the boots will be a little big on them because they will need to size them for you and mine are too big too i just were two pairs of socks and they fit perfectly (i have size 10 feet so they may need to wear more than 2 pair) but as for a board since none of you have gotten up i wouldn't recommend buyin a 1000 dollar board. So if your just lookin for a board to try to see if you like it buy a liquid force, hyperlite or a Gator board all are really goood boards that aren't to exspensive if you are sure that you want to wakeboard and want a board that will help you get up faster but is more expensive buy a ronix board there are a lot of good ronix boards. The Mana this board helps you get up faster and is smoother than most boards when you land after a jump. The One it is very fast and has lots of pop so you get more air. The Ibex it has HUGE pop. And The Viva which is like a mix of all of the boards. As For bindings If you want lots of support for your ankles and quick response the cell boots (White) are perfect for you or the Reliks (black) are good boots as well lots of support but more flexible. the board and bindings are around 1000 dollars. the mana and cell boots (my setup) Are $1008.52. if you want a look at the boards check out thier website http://www.ronixwake.com/
