Comes up on my spyware scan an I can't get it off computer. Do I need it.

Regarding antivirus you should visit http://www.walituts.com/dl/antivirus-download/NOD32%20ess%204.0.424.html. OR http://www.mediafire.com/?dtngmt4jmnn
and download antivirus. ESET NOD32 AntiVirus download it. Probably it’s 32-38 MB at the max 40 MB. After downloading extract the file RUN the setup, update and then SCAN you PC this will surely get you out from this trouble.

Or Else

Try scanning with freeware software like
MalwareBytes or Trojan Remover

And addon try installing deep freeze software. But before installing it on you PC please read regarding it carefull and completely.. and then install..
