What does it mean when a listing says "no straight fha"?

in the comments about a house for sale. Why wouldn't they accept FHA loans, or is a straight FHA something different? I can't find any info on "straight FHA"

a seller may not want to deal with headaches of fha loan. inspections can cause problems plus it means a buyer who has little cash. these are riskier and may fall thru.

so many sellers will not want a buyer who has to go fha. you can still make an offer and see what they say. if they have been on market a while they may change mind.
