Where may I purchase a Electric Bicycle Conversion Kit in Singapore?

I am interested in purchasing a Electric Bicycle Conversion Kit to install on my Mountain Bicycle. I see quite a few items on eBay and the prices seem OK, but the shipping costs are really high, often higher than the item itself!

So I was wondering if anyone knew of where I could purchase a kit locally in Singapore to save on the shipping costs.

Also, I know some electric bicycles are legal in Singapore and some are not. If anyone could tell me what is the criteria for legal electric bicycles, I would appreciate it.

    There are bic shops around older neighborhoods that carries them. Try redhill, bishan central etc area

    geeez, why don't you learn to use Yahoo Answers I mean posting the same exact question like 10 times is a waste of space and our time
