Should you take a hot or a cold shower after intense soccer practice and games?
I play high-school soccer and I was wondering what I should do after intense two-a-day practices and games..... Is it best to take a cold shower after (around 30+ minutes after) or should it be hot? What is best for soreness and injuries?

Hot water would be best for soreness and injuries.
After you take a hot shower for 15min+ you will feel a little stiff.
But in short time you will feel mroe comfortable.
After the injuries have healed a bit take a cold shower to sooth them.
Hope this helped.

Hot showers usually, but cold showers right after I've worked out or if it's really hot outside.

First hot so you clean off all the sweat, then turn the knob to cold so you can rinse off all the steam + what not. :) hope this helps!
