Usually you get that when the person has deleted their question..while youre busy trying to answer it.

If not, their server/system is just busy and you keep trying to post or come back later.

Its nothing personal. Everyone gets it .

    EDIT

There's a big notice at the top of the screen that says

We are working on some updates -- you may experience some odd behavior in the process.

They're having server issues I think. I keep getting "Yahoo is unavailable" after I click to submit an answer. Then I go to my answers profile, and the answer is there.

I know the front page says they're doing updates. But I've been getting that for quite a while now

Did you follow any of their suggestions?

Try a re-start of your system, PC and modem/router.
