i hope so because just once i would to see the cubs win the world series . then you would see all the people who were not cubs fans suddenly become cubs fans

If you look at it by numbers, the Cubs should win approximately every 30 years, cause there are 30 teams. Its frustrating, but they will win eventually. They have to, they are LONG overdue. If the Red Sox can win 2 in 4 years, then we can certainly win one. We just had a huge string of bad breaks.

just think, the chances are greater now then ever before... considering they havent forever now only raises the chances the "eventual wins" are in our lifetime... I here ya, I'm a Mariners fan, we've been around since what.. 69' yet we still havent even made it the world series

  • Of course, there is a chance, but I don't see them winning the World Series this year because they are 8 games behind of the Cardinals for the NL Central.

Statistically it should happen any year now.

    Realistically... next year never comes.
