Workout/ active music?

Okay so I’m looking for some music that I can listen to while I workout and practice, I would prefer rock (just not to old) but I can also listen to some Rap or Pop, anything but Country. Thanks

My iTunes "Running/Fitness" playlist (always gets me in the mood to work out/run):

    - The Sound of Madness by ShineDown (very metal ---the words are very bad-*** / tough) great for strength training/weights.

    - Kickstart My Heart - By Motley Crew

    - Right Now - By Van Halen

    - Mama Said Knock You Out, by LL Cool J (great for boxing!)

    - Keep It Up (Rocky V)

    - No Easy Way Out (Rocky IV) that's the one he plays when he's pissed off after the Russian kills Apollo, and he speeds off in his Ferrari.

    - Stronger, by Kanye West (I hate Kanye usually, but this song is great for fitness)

Go for it! Don't give up ---fitness is GREAT.

No Giving Up-Crossfade. It keeps me motivated.

Anything with a good, steady beat. Something that pumps you up but doesn't overwork you.

A consistent, constant, clear beat to get a rhythm to. One that doesn't change too often.
