once you file. it is not your responsibility to have her sign. i dont know what the law is but eventually you will have a divorce after a certain amount of time has passed

You obviously cannot locate her, so you would file a missing spouse divorce. This involves placing a notice of publication in your local newspaper. She will then be given a certain amount of time to respond, if she does not then the divorce will be granted be default. You'll need to wait any required waiting periods if ordered by your state but after that, you will be legally divorced.

You can still file and get a no contest divorce. She will only have so long to answer before it becomes finalized. But, if things do not work out with the no contest you will have to wait 18 months, provide the judge with proof of criminal activity and they will grant the divorce without use of an atty.

get a lawyer. you can file on those grounds. usually a lawyer will advise you to take an add out in the newspaper that she has a court date and you are filing for divorce. if she doesnt show up to the court date then you side wins and you can have your divorce
i would talk to a lawyer though on laws in your state though

Contact a decent divorce atty. How long has she been gone, and are you sure she's not rotting in some prison already! Grounds for divorce would be abandonment and you get everything!

put an ad for her to show up for proceedings in the paper every day for 7 days, if she doesn't show up the courts will assume she's dead or doesn't care and will carry on with the proceedings.....check this with a lawyer first, time may vary state to state
