Can you catch Raquaza, Kyogre, and Groudon in Pokemon Sapphire?

in sapphire you can only get raquaza and kyogre. you get kyogre at the cave of origin at sootopolis after you awaken it at the seafloor cavern. you get raquaza at the sky pillar right of pacifidlog town. you can only get groudon by trade. if you had emerald you could get all three.

Save the Masterball for Rayquaza...it is much harder to catch. Use the techniques you would use for any other poke: sleep, paralysis, etc. Also, use pokeballs such as net balls(Kyogre==water) or timer balls(the longer the battle the better it works). If you happen to have a higher lvl pokemon, you can also use a nest ball against it. Regardless, it will take a while to catch Kyogre, but just keep trying...

You can catch rayquaza and kyogre but you have to trade with ruby or emerald to get groudon.

If memory serves, they need to be traded, from the other games.
