The Park Owner is Sabotaging my SELL...HELP?

Ok, my husband and I are selling our mobile home (private sell) for only $5,000....as is condition. We bought it for $1400 Dec. 08... Ok... the manager of the park is friends with the lady we bought the home from and they both live in the park with us. We finally got a lady who wants to buy our home. So yesterday we called the park manager and told her...she then went on to tell our buyer that she needed to paint the house, re-landscape, and fix the broken back door (it is boarded up). That kinda scared our buyer...and we called the manager and she said she just had to let people know what needed to be fixed by law...? OK...so the buyer said ok that was fine to just know about it... THEN RIGHT NOW the manager told her she needed to get a termite inspection, check for water damage and go through escrow for the title....WTF?? When we bought the house 9 months ago she NEVER SAID ANY OF THOSE THINGS TO US!!! Is this legal...she is playing the role of a real estate agent... and I think this is none of her business. I think she asked our buyer how much she was buying the home for and got mad....but we did so much work to the inside so the price is fair... What should we do if we loose this sale???

The only thing I can coment on is, when you are selling a home a termite inspection is required for the sale. What needs to happen, is you need to contact a termite company and tell them you are selling your property and need a termite inspection for the escrow. There could be a charge for the inspection. They would then inspect the property to see if there are any evidence of wood destroying pests such as termites. If there are they will recommend a plan to take care of the issue then issue a clearance once completed. This may or may not include any wood damage they may find. Then in some cased they can inspect and find find nothing and then you are set. A good company to contact for this is Jeff Hiatt All Pest Professionals at 800-851-1399.

specific, they'll hear to you. What they do approximately that's yet another tale all jointly. in the event that they're violating a extra serious park regulation (canines no longer on leash, no longer choosing up waste and so on.) that's their pastime to look into it. whether they additionally can % the "punishment" consistent with say of the violators. they can supply them a warning, difficulty a citation, ban them from the park and so on. it incredibly relies upon on the violation and if different comments have been made. solid success!
