Cavs are still overrated?
They are a good team. But I don't think they are better than Boston or Orlando. I can't see them beating Boston or Orlando in the playoffs. Orlando remains under the radar again regardless of them being 12 players deep. KG will be a beast again next year.

The Cavs are extremely overrated, just like last season. I've seen offseason power rankings that put them at #2. How can they be ranked 2nd when they didn't even make the finals?
The Shaq acquisition didn't impress me either. He's going to clog the lane for Lebron, This will lead to Lebron taking more jumpers, and being Lebron, he'll undoubtedly brick most of them. The Shaq trade didn't address their main weaknesses, and is more style than substance.
Also, everyone is making a huge deal out of Moon and Parker. 2 scrubs that probably won't get off the bench. Parker=Szerbiak, but not as good a shooter. So that's a wash from last season. Moon is just an athletic guy that likes to jack up 3's. Neither will be much of a difference maker.
Mike Brown is one of the worst coaches in the league too. He has good defensive plans, but offensively he's a mess. He has no idea what he's doing. Most of his "plays" involve giving it to Lebron at the top of the key, and having him go 1-on-5.
The Cavs won't make it out of the ECF, at best. They might get bounced in the 2nd round if they end up facing Orlando or Boston.

well it depends on what you mean overrated,
they were not favored to do as well as they did last year but they actually over achieved in the regular season and that is why a lot of people put them in the championship because of how well they played during the regular season this past year. So in reality I would not think they are overrated.
Sometimes you have to have a fall to rise like the Lakers did a year before last and I think they were overconfident last year because they breezed through the first two round of the playoffs and had the best home record in the league and they have some issues with certain teams but they will be still be one of the top 5 team in the league and with that being said I would not call them overrated.
will they win the whole thing? who knows but they have one of the best player in the league in Lebron and a player if who can turn back the clock a few years and plays hungry in Shaq then I can easily see them winning it all.

Look the east is stacked this year and everyone is having different opinions about the seedings and who will come out on top. Cavs are still going to be an elite team and if u have ur opinion on them not being able to beat the others well thts ur opinion.Personally i think any elite 3 team can come out on top but im thinking next year its the cavs imo. I wouldnt call them overrated, most people have them at #2 and with the east being so tough u cant really blame them tht much.

The Cavs are not hyped up. There are not many communities in the NBA that are hyped up. There are communities that are over-hyped, like the 09-10 Lakers, yet no team is hyped up. I remember the media announcing that the 09-10 Lakers have been going to triumph over the Bulls 72-10 usually used season record this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. regardless of the elementary time table with 18 of their first 21 video games being at abode, the Lakers had extra desirable than 10 loses before the All-celebrity smash. yet another team that's over-hyped is the 09-10 Boston Celtics. I pay attention such countless human beings in the media say that in the event that they get wholesome they're going to contend. properly, while you're an older athlete, you basically don't get wholesome.

Who is overrating the Cavs? I haven't read any articles declaring them the favorites out of the East.
The Cavs do have a pretty good shot to emerge, though. Adding Shaq for free certainly isn't going to hurt. And Orlando may be deep, but they lack defense, except at center. The Celtics could be great, but injuries could easily derail them.
It's a 3 way race out East. Good luck predicting it.

They are pretty good, but Boston definitely has a chance to beat them. Maybe Orlando, though.

I think just a lil' bit, and I think that the Cavs are not going to make it farther than the ECF
I got my money the Cs or on Mickey to go to the Finals

Cavaliers are really underrated, Boston is old and has a weak bench, and Magic lost one of their most valuable players in Turkoglu.
