Problem with Yahoo Answers- specifically glitches due to the recent update?

Has anyone else experienced glitches that effected their profile? I just logged onto Y!A a few minutes ago. I am back down to a Level 1 when I was a Level 2 yesterday. I had 267 +/- points now I have 200 points, all my answers to questions asked are deleted, I received 2 Best Answers today and when clicking on them all I got was "Question has been deleted." I realize there were updates, blah, blah, blah, we're sorry, blah. But are they planning on correcting profiles that they screwed up? Or does one just have to grin and bear it? Is there some place to let them know that my profile is screwed up so they might be able to attempt to fix it? (I have my doubts *Gawd* that they will) but what the heck? I don't see anywhere where I can report my profile being screwed up in the Help section that has been suggested. (Sorry so peeved. I just recently got the short end of the stick by Y!A.) Thank you for the help.

I am just wondering where can I can go to report the glitches I am experiencing from the updates. Thank yu.

    I just had a look at your profile page and the statistics on it and I agree with you that they are really messed up.I haven't experienced any similar problems to yours.To report the glitches,email the Yahoo! Answers staff at the email address below.The letter "e" in the word "answers" has been intentionally left out.The address is correct as is.

    They may take a very long time to respond to you however if indeed they do respond in the first place.You may want to try opening a new account if you don't get a response from them and a solution to your problem within a few days.

    Also try posting your problem on the Yahoo! Answers Forum..See what advice and feedback you get from others. Post it at the address below.

    What the heck, that may not smart what so ever. they could get their heads screwed back on ideal. i think of the cutting-edge artwork they have accomplished has made issues worse not greater advantageous. And it fee you -5 factors to ask a potato. it relatively is only incorrect, easy ole incorrect. Sorry it occurred to you. the former day they does not enable me see a Q till I asked a Q. Very stupid in case you question me. :D
