What are your favorite Ramen noodle "specialties"/dishes?

Okay, i learned this one from a ex who did some prison time...

use a cup o ramen, add cut up summer sausage and cheddar, cook as normal

then smash up nacho cheese doritos and mix them in.. actually really good

I let the water boil first, then I add the noodles, sliced onion, cilantro, 2 eggs(I let them boil, no stirring), lettuce,sometimes shrimp. and I finish it off by sprinkling black pepper on top. YUMM! =D

Sometimes I just add whatever leftovers we have in the fridge. Yours sounds satisfying though.

Ramen/ with Two eggs cooked with the noodles, then two pieces of buttered toast, thats all u need.

i get the chicken kind and microwave it and then drain the juice so i little tiny bit is left and put parmesan cheese and tabasco in and mix it up and it is delicious
