Yes, there are several other lossless formats, such as FLAC, WavPack, Monkey's Audio (.ape), and WAV. Here's a great list and comparison of lossless formats: http://wiki.hydrogenaudio.org/index.php?title=Loss...
All lossless formats are virtually the same sound quality, but some are more efficient at achieving small file size, some are more widely compatible, etc. The webpage above has a handy comparison table.
WMA is NOT a lossless format, unless it's WMAL (Windows Media Audio Lossless).

Wavpack is a better lossLESS format than FLAC in terms of features and speed of encoding/decoding algorithms, but FLAC does NOT support hybrid/lossy mode, so it forces all audio to be lossLESS, and audiophiles probably like that...because whatever FLAC files you download, you won't be tricked into hearing lossy audio.
That's my opinion/theory.

FLAC and WMA (windows media audio) and i think APE format are all lossless formats.
however i believe FLAC has the highest bitrates out of them all...thus being the best...just not used much since it takes up about 3-4X as much as a 320KBpS MP3 file
