Why does everyone always hate their middle name?

i dont hate it but i dont tell ppl either. cept for my bestie. rofl. but when shes pretending to b mad r w.e. she calls me by my whole name.=P

i would do it to her but she dont got 1. rofl

I actually go by my middle name, and my first name is fine too. My mom saved me from hating my middle name though. My dad wanted to make my middle name ROY!

I think often times the middle name is used to pass down family heritage. So, often it is an old or uncommon sounding name.

I don't have a middle name.

I just wish I had a middle name ~ my parents both had three names and gave me one name ~ how mean was that ;-)

i like mine but the human mind has jelousy and jeousy causes you to hate what you have and love what other do. Eeryone wants what anothers got.

because it the one thing parents can do to piss you off even after they're dead.

Mine's not too bad, a little common but it's my Granny's name so I like it for that reason :)
