I'm looking for a home in Atlanta, and many people advised me to buy in cumming as its a new upcoming area. I recently visited Suwanee, GA and liked it as well. I wanted to get a sense from you if you have any thoughts about this.

Cumming nice houses high price nice people and a growing community
I love Cumming nice area but no to close to 85 If you travel a lot or work a lot in 85 plus the 400 traffic is heavy sometimes.

Suwanee love it good location high prices too establish community and close to everything malls, 85 , niceneighbourhoodss.
Everything depends on you and your necessitiess Both are good choices depend in money and what are you looking for, Also check the county taxes for both because I thinks are little high no sure but check ...good luck
