Why do girls always assume a guy is trying to play them?
It seems like whenever a girl asks a question here about a guy, every girl responds that he's a player, a creep, trying to get in their pants, and that sort of thing. Seriously, is every girl out there jaded?
Ok, so by reading some of your responses, it seems pretty clear, people are clearly stereotyping. Becasue one person did something to someone, bammo, everybody get labeled that way. It's like saying all cops are crooked because there was one guy on the force (which I know isn't true, there are a lot of good, if not great ones out there). It's also like saying all black people are murderous thieves because they all are in gangs. All fat people are just lazy and eat nothing but fast food and snacks.
Why doesn't anybody here stop for a second and actually look at the situation at hand instead of jumping on a virtual bandwagon?

Because theres so many jerks we date we never factor a gentleman into an equation when we check out guys but dont worry a girl will come along for you. Hope I helped X

No, but those girls have probably been screwed over by a guy in the past. Not to say all guys are the same, but once your trust has been taken advantage of, it's very hard to trust someone again.

Usually because the behavior of the guy that the asker describes fits that of a "player". Plus there are too many guys out there who just wanna play girls and just want sex.

No but thats just the way lots of girls see it because thats what happened to them. Like i think most guys want sex and will cheat on me because that is all i have ever experienced

um cause girls are dumb in high school and go after the biggest players there are so then they assume all other guys are too but you know what assuming does makes an a s s out of me and you

it seems like this is a new stereotype for guys. television doesn't help guys either. my little sister watches shows that put guys as cheaters.
