Does anyone know anything at all about this picture?

Still debating whether this is staged or not. The folks in the background look like german soldiers from the WW2 era, whoever they're holding at gunpoint *could* be american. That's all I could make out of it. If anyone knows more, by all means, do tell.

The gun that officer is holding and pointing at the man looks like a German Luger Pistol to me...

The man on the far left appears to have a MP40...

"The most common submachine gun used by the Germans during WWII was the MP40. Many times the term "Schmeisser" is used in reference to a German submachine gun. "

The men also look German, so if I had to guess I'd say that these men were German holding a POW. Oh, and the man on the right looks like a stormtrooper... You know, the kind that ran in with the flame packs and torched people in the trenches.

I know nothing as fact. My best guess is if you found this on the web, its definitely photoshopped. The person being held at gunpoint is way way more exposed than the other chaps. I don't doubt at all that the background is a real photograph, but the victim in the front does not look at all like he belongs there. That part looks very staged. His hands are quite dark and his face is substantially brighter than pretty much everything else evident in the foreground.

I can see 2 orbs in the picture. One above the sofa on the left and one on the sofa near the middle. I think there is a third little orb underneath what looks like a big stain on the right.

In my opinion in this picture you can see the situation in Berlin on the last days of the war.
