Are Raquaza, Kyogre, and Groudon all avalible to catch in Pokemon Emerald?

yes u can get all 3 legendery's and all the regis and if u would like to know there is a way to duplicate pokemon...(only on emerald)

You bet there is, but to get them you first need to get through the main story line (enter the hall of fame). Let's start with Kyogre and Groudon. All you have to do is go to the weather institute on route 119 and one of the people there will tell you that there has been odd weather in certain locations, just go where he tells you to. But he will only tell you one at a time so after you catch the first one, go to him again. I think you need to dive to get kyogre, I don't really remember. As for Rayquaza, go to the spear pillar on route 131. Surf to the south edge of the route where there are rocks and there should be a gap that wasn't there before. It will lead you to his tower. Make sure to bring a mach bike to go after Rayquaza. There are tiles that you have to speed through to get to him (like in granite cave in dewford town). Good Luck ^_^

yes you can catch all three of them. you can also catch all three regis in pokemon emerald which you will need to catch regigigas in pokemon pearl/diamond. like what wez said you can also duplicate legendaries if you want more, and you can only do this in pokemon emerald. I dont even know how to do this yet but i hear it is very useful. I hope i helped you out with this.

Yeah, just that you have to make it up to a certain point and go to the weather institute. If they say dry weather/wet weather in route whatever go to that place.
