Musical Instrument Grant!?
Is there any grant organization that offers grants for musical instruments? If so, what are they and what are the guidelines to get a grant?

Yes - they are given to SCHOOLS who serve a low-income population - like the VH1 endowments. The instrument stays the property of the school, and is loaned out each year to students. There are not grants for students - unless you are playing at Curtis, and someone decides to give you a year loan of a Stradivarius violin. Yup - THAT happens. But buy you a Stratocaster? Nope.
