Do poor U.S. citizens realize that they are way better off than the poor from other countries?

That is not their point. There point is that other people have more than they do. There point is some people have "too much". Instead of reasoning that it is bc other people have invested more, they decide that it is bc other people take everything and leave them nothing.

Maybe there are a few really poor countries. When You look to a few other countries.

There are a few which has a social support about 2000$ and free medical care. I think a few poor americans has less.

Sure they do, because all the poor here are all the poor FROM other countries. That's why they come here. Being poor here is rich compared to being poor in their countries
