i have had blood work done- it said anisocytosis present on my results.?

i have looked this up on various websites. all they do is confuse me. i have blood work every 3 mths. due to checking on remission of breast and lung cancer. all other tests scince 2007 this condition was never listed. on all my numberous tests. until 8/22/09. i went to the dr. and he told me i had to have a bone marrow test. he said he was concerned about my low white blood count. i'm scared to death! this condition deals with odd shaped red cells. lack of vit. a. why would he tell me the wrong cells? and the condition? please don't scare me! i go for my test 9/14. thanks an upset betty boop

Anisocytosis means that the blood cells are unequal in size. This can occur when you are recovering from anemia.
