    "Pride (In the Name of Love)" Is about Martin Luthur King, along with "MLK". They are both on "The Unforgettable Fire" Album.

    Two other major songs about political and social issues in the U.S by U2 are:

    "Bullet the Blue Sky" -about U.S imperialism in South America.

    "Angel of Harlem" -about U.S lengendary musicians such as Billie Holiday and Miles Davis.

    No Idea. But "Where The Streets Have No Name" was a pretty social-type song about a perfect society.

    Personally, you'd be better off in the 80's rock section, if we have one.
