I'd start Winslow. Scheffler is in a Denver offense that already has two good WRs and now has the potential for a good running game with the addition of Moreno. Winslow on the other hand is on a Tampa Bay team whose only other receiving option is Antonio Bryant. Granted with the addition of Derrick Ward, they're likely to be more run oriented, Winslow will still get his fair share of touches.

I would go Winslow till you figure out what in the world that Denver Offends is going to do.
