Ok, you said not sparkly, but I have to say my favorite look is light black eyeliner, with a silver eyeshadow (take it to the brow line) lightly applied, and then just a bit of black mascara on the tips of the eye lashes (helps them pop, but not be so caked and cruddy). You could also do a light grey (lid only), light purple (dark will make you look stoned), some blues (again, dark will make you look stoned), and brown tones. With the browns, you can do a sort of layering of colors that is medium on the lid, light to the brow, and just a splash of dark to mix the two. It really makes the eye pop. My experience with blue/grey eyes and eyeliner colors other than black (besides a dark forest green), weren't the best of times. I don't suggest the purple or bright blue. The dark blue can be nice sometimes, but it is more of a color you expect to see on older women. If the grey is dark, then I'm sure it would look alright with the grey, blue, and purple shadows, but not brown. Black I find is simple, clean, and professional yet good for all age groups. Hope this helps and good luck!

you know you could just wear the eyeliner alone. i suggest using the blues and grey liner most, those will look nice with your eyes.
