    You don't have to smoke it persay, use liquid smoke found in the BBQ section of your grocery store. You can marinate your fish in it and it's as if it was smoked! Delicious! Wright's is a good brand and so is Colgin. =) I use it all the time if I don't have time to use the smoker. It's quick n' easy to use the liquid and really tastes amazing!
