My RCA receiver won't power on, still powers LEDs indicating source?

I have a RCA RT2760 receiver. My TV was turned all the way up and when I powered on it played very loud and shut down. The fuse doesn't look burn although it is slightly irregular but even when I take the fuse out it does the same thing. Is there some sort of reset button combination?

And successful answer will earn 10 points ASAP!

Thank you!

Update:

Tried it.

I'm basically asking if the fuse has anything to do with it. I am very tech savvy but I do not know much about fuses... lol.

I have not seen any reset button on any receiver. Try unplugging the receiver from the wall and replugging it after about 30 minutes and see if that works. You can also email RCA customer service center if they have one at all, and see what they recommend. Hope this will help.

A fuse is a pretty cheap fix so I'd give it a shot for sure. Take the fuse to an electronics shop and they should be able to match it.

Try taking the plug out of the wall and put it back in about 5 min
