Why is my leg doing this?

Ok, So I know your leg slightly tenses when you step on it. lately, My thigh tenses up so tight when i step on my left leg, That My leg gives out. I can't afford to go to a doctor for it, and I cant go to school with this happening.

I already twisted my right ankle and got braces on today, So im in enough pain. What can i do about my leg and how can i make it better.

P.S Anyway to help my ankle too?

Update:

With my ankle, I was running in gym and some girl landed on my foot, I went to pick it back up and it twisted sideways and I leaned on it.

When i step on it, A pressure pain is in my ankle and it shoots pains up my whole leg too.

    The main reason it is doing that is because of lack of exercise. When our body is not at it's best condition it allows other things to happen that normally don't happen. If you could take a poll, the majority of the people asking about these pains are ones who do little or no exercise. Then if you looked at the ones who get a lot of exercise they have hardly any trouble, at least with these minor type pains and problems. Jogging is best everyday. 15 minutes. When your muscles lose their tone they become loose and so does the tendons that are supposed to help hold your legs and feet, they can easily stretch sideways letting you roll your ankles.

    For your thigh I can only come up with one thing to try. Do this in shorts.

    Lay on your bed that leg pulled up bent at the knee and foot on the bed and the leg flat on the bed. With your hand trace down between your body and thigh until you get to the tendons, the bump, going to your leg, about halfway down. Press it between your finger and thumb, finding the round tendon in it. Apply a moderate pressure and hold it.

    Now relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don't tense up any part of your body.

    After 30 seconds, slowly lower that leg out to the side all the way.

    Once there, release the pressure but hold your leg there for one minute. If you still have trouble contact me.

    For your ankles, please describe to me how it is hurting and what looks different than it did before. I will try to help you with them also.

    just go to a doctor or see if it gets better in a week
